Requests must be in writing and include property owner(s) name(s), address,Tax Map Number,
and a stamped self addresses envelope

Land Use Permits
• Any structure 10' x 12' or 120 square feet or bigger requires a permit.
• The fee of the permit is based on the estimated cost of the structure.
• For the first $1000.00, the fee is $5.00.
• An additional $1.00 will be added for every $1000.00 beyond.
• A stormwater management plan is required and the plan will need to be approved before a land use permit is issued.   Please see Ordinance 102
